I love this place! The staff is always really friendly and fun, the interior makes you feel like you're on an island, and the drinks are delicious. Also, the food I have had is really tasty! I come here almost every time I am in Petaluma

Happy hour called my name and it was a delightful treat. There's no food menu when I was there but spam masubi was available for a nosh. The frozen seasonal cocktail was egg nog and it was so delicious. It had a nice spice level and sweetness. You couldn't tell it had any alcohol which is dangerous because I wanted another! I also tried their mai tai for the sake of science. It was not too sweet and boozy level was delightful. Slowly the bar filled up and I could tell the frozen cocktails are a known item of choice. I can't wait to get my hands on another delicious drink. This is a fun find and right next to a free parking garage.

I've been wanting to try Kapu for awhile now and was glad I finally stopped in on a Friday evening. No reservations were needed and you can just walk up to the bar and place your order and then select where you want to sit. The staff was very friendly throughout my visit. The ambiance is very tropical throughout Kapu.  My cocktail was very refreshing with whiskey, lemon and cucumber. They have tiki cocktails, some additional cocktail options and beer and wine as well as a food menu. I didn't get the chance to try any food and just stopped in for one drink.  Kapu is located right next to the parking garage in downtown Petaluma, which is nice and convenient.  They often have events with live music so be on the lookout for those posted on their website and Instagram too.  I enjoyed my visit and will be back soon!

The ambiance is great, easy to order and friendly staff. I got the hot dog and it was so good! Also there is a free parking garage right next door. Bring your quarters so you can play the pinball machines!

A friend recommended I check out this cute tiki bar in Petaluma, and the interior did not disappoint, it's beautifully decorated and has a charming vibe. It was a bit on the dark side, which made it hard to see some things, but it definitely added to the cool atmosphere. As for the drinks, they were a little too sweet for my taste, but the bartenders were friendly and attentive, which made for a great experience. I'll definitely be back to try the food next time!

How fun to have a tiki bar in p town. They did a great job with the ambiance and they have a good variety of beverages. Friendly bartender.

What an absolute gem of a tiki bar in Petaluma! If you're looking for a fun bar with great music over the weekend, look no further. The interior is decorated beautifully, it's like being transported into a different world. The cocktails are tropical and fruity, and the overall vibe of the place was nonstop fun from 9 pm when we got there to 11 pm when we left. The cocktails aren't the strongest but still definitely worth a visit.

What a fun place! The drinks! The vibe! The staff! All worth the stop! We love to visit tiki bars whenever we travel and this did not disappoint! They had a great bar menu and delicious drinks! We did not try the food but saw it delivered to a few tables and they were large portions and everyone seemed delighted

Came here for a Tiki dinner last week because I LOVE themed restaurants! This is tiki theme with hints of Hawaiian/Chinese/Polynesia and maybe a little Indiana Jones with all the skulls in the walls. You are transported to an island somewhere else! I came here for the Tiki food of course..the lumpias, garlic chicken, adobo fried rice and house salad. It was a lot of food for two and ended up eating it for dinner the next night as well. Food was good given that it's a bar. Lots of flavors, loved the dipping sauces and their special "peppa water" spice sauce on the table. The only thing I would change was how oily the food was, it was gleaming and soaking! For someone who doesn't drink, they have also serve mocktails and $5 from each mocktail will be donated to No Kid Hungry. Love it! I think whether you just wanna do the bar or have dinner, this is a fun, unique place to grab a bite or drink!

The interior of this spot is so beautiful and decorated so nicely, it definitely makes you forget where you are! The staff was really polite and the food was delicious. We tried the banana split and the chicken dish we had were delicious!
